Through our experience we have been able to identify the four key pillars that need to be in place and aligned to support your data inclusive vision. Though every organisation is unique and requires their own pillar designs, we have found that starting from designing these pillars is key for success.

The next step is to determine how to operationalize this strategy. Together we set priorities, involve partners, make technological choices and manage your talent. In short we will help you find what you need and which are the right partners for you.

Talent management

Finally you have a strategy, and you have a blueprint of what you need to unfold this strategy. This includes the people you need (roles, capacity and such). People in your organisation can be mapped on this blueprint. Often from the get-go, sometimes with additional training. For specific situations it can be required to bring in expertise from outside, either temporarily or permanently. We can help you manage your talent.

    We reflect with you on your vision for your organization during a two hour meeting. Then we set out to investigate specific points that require attentions from a data-perspective. We bring our findings back to you and discuss our advice on how to incorporate this in your vision.

  • Strategic blueprint

    Our services range from auditing (elements of) an existing blueprint on feasibility and reliability to complete creating the strategic blueprint from scratch. No vision can be achieved without a workable blueprint. Both the structure of your organization and the development- and innovation-calendar need to be crisp, clear, and achievable.

  • Operationalization

    During the operationalization of the blueprint, we can help you out by taking on various roles.

    Mentor / Coach
    We can take the role of mentor/coach for you and your executive team or your digital/data management team with bi-weekly sessions to discuss progress and learnings and reflect on next steps.

    Interim CDO
    A more involved variant of the above services is where we step in as Interim CDO. This allows you to get started on the realization of your vision, while we work together to find the person to take this role in your team on a permanent basis.

    Interim Change Management / Project Management

    If one of your key data-projects is struggling, because the manager is leaving you or unanticipated challenges to large for the team rear their ugly head it can help to bring in tenure and experience.
